Delaware General Corporation Law - This application allows you to access the text of Delaware's General Corporation Law, the most important body of corporate law in the United States.

No network access is required to browse or search the text of the statutes. If you have a network connection, however, you can use your device's built-in mail application to email portions of the code.

You can access the statutes multiple ways:

1) hierarchically browse the table of contents

2) move from section to section linearly, using the browse buttons

3) jump directly to a section, by number, using the spinwheels

4) search three ways, using either "search by phrase," search by "AND'ing" terms, or search by "OR'ing" terms. Matching terms are highlighted in yellow.

This is a handy reference for any law student or practicing attorney interested in principles of corporate law or the Delaware GCL in particular.
